Questions?

Everything you're probably wondering.

Yes. Your statement data is encrypted, stored securely on Google Cloud, and never sold to anyone. We only share your data with specific businesses if you explicitly approve it, and you can revoke access at any time.

We support 50+ Nigerian banks including GTBank, Access Bank, UBA, Zenith Bank, First Bank, FCMB, Stanbic IBTC, Sterling Bank, Polaris, Fidelity, and many more. If your bank issues a PDF statement, it will work.

Log into your bank's mobile app or internet banking, go to Statements or Account History, and download a PDF for the period you want. Most Nigerian bank apps let you do this in under 2 minutes.

Absolutely not. We never ask for your bank username or password. You simply download your statement PDF from your bank yourself and upload it to FLVXtract. We only see what you give us.

We achieve 99%+ accuracy on transaction extraction. Categories are AI-assigned and occasionally may need a tweak, but the totals and your financial picture will be accurate.
